Let's celebrate your love story
To officially reserve your wedding date, I require a 50% retainer at the time of booking. This secures your spot on my calendar and lets me fully commit to your day. Since I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple my full attention, the retainer is non-refundable. Once that’s in place, we’ll jump right into the planning process together. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. This ensures everything is ready and seamless as we approach your big day.

As a brand, I recognize the power and importance of print. Your wedding day is one of the most significant days of your life—a pivotal chapter in your story together. Having a tangible heirloom allows you to revisit those memories and share them with loved ones for years to come. For this reason, all of my collections include at least one album, carefully curated to preserve your story in a timeless way.
What if I don’t want an album?

I include an engagement session in all of my collections because it’s a vital part of my process. This session helps me understand your chemistry as a couple, how you interact in front of the camera, and allows me to plan for your wedding day. It’s also an opportunity to connect on a personal level, ensuring I capture your story authentically. While the session itself cannot be swapped for other products or services, if you’re unable to use it, I'm happy to provide an additional hour of wedding day coverage in lieu of the session.
Can we eliminate the engagement session or swap it for something else?

When you invest in professional photography, you deserve artwork and albums that reflect the quality of that artistry. Printing through my studio ensures your prints are color-calibrated to perfection, preserving the integrity of your images. While downloadable files for small prints (up to 8x10) are included for personal use, I recommend using my studio for larger prints and wall art to guarantee quality. Additionally, all orders through my studio come with a complimentary design consultation, so you can confidently choose prints that fit your style and space. Consumer labs often lack the precision to match my edits, which may result in off-color tones or subpar quality.
Can I print photos on my own?

Yes! I offer select payment plan options to help make things more manageable. Instead of just two lump sums, you can choose to break your total into monthly payments leading up to your wedding day. This way, the investment feels a little easier to handle, and you can focus more on the fun parts of planning. If you're interested, just let me know and I’ll walk you through the options.
I also offer flexible payment plans to make investing in albums, wall art, and upgrades more manageable. Many of my clients take advantage of pre-purchasing upgrades during their design consultation, allowing us to space payments over time.

You’ll see your photos for the first time at your reveal appointment—a fun and exciting way to relive your wedding day. We’ll present a beautiful slideshow followed by a fully curated album design for you to review and customize. These appointments are best enjoyed on a large screen in a cozy, distraction-free environment, with your favorite snacks and drinks on hand. During the appointment, my design consultant will guide you through finalizing your album and any upgrades, ensuring everything is sent to print quickly.
When will I get to see my photos for the first time?

Your engagement or portrait experience includes planning, the session itself, and post-processing to prepare your images for your reveal. From there, you’ll choose your must-have images to print or include in an album. Digital backups of the images you select for your album are included. This way, you’re only investing in the photos you love most—both in print and digital formats.
Do I get the full gallery of downloadable files for my engagement or portrait session?

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover the time and resources already allocated to your session.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session or reveal appointment?

It’s a common mistake to think you’ll use every single photo from your session or that you only want digital copies. In reality, most people end up using or printing just a handful of their absolute favorite images. That’s actually exactly why I include complimentary digital backups for what you select for your album—so you have the best of both worlds: a beautifully crafted book of your most-loved photos plus the convenience of digital files for sharing and safekeeping.
