Here are just a few of the places I’d love to photograph weddings or elopements. Some are dream destinations I haven’t visited yet, others are meaningful to me personally, but every one of them would make an unforgettable backdrop for your wedding day:

Iceland

Let’s just get this out of the way—Iceland is my ultimate dream destination. With its dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, black sand beaches, and unpredictable skies, it’s a landscape photographer’s paradise and a wildly romantic setting for an elopement or wedding.

Italy

From Tuscan villas to coastal towns like Positano and Amalfi, Italy has so much variety for couples looking for history, charm, and amazing light. I’d love to capture an outdoor ceremony followed by a candlelit dinner under the stars.

Australia

My grandmother is from Australia, so this one hits close to home. From the beachy vibes of Byron Bay to the rugged beauty of the Outback, Australia has a ton of personality. A wedding here would be extra special.

New Zealand

If you’re after cinematic views, New Zealand delivers. Think: snow-capped peaks, glacial lakes, and winding trails. Whether you’re eloping in the mountains or saying vows on the coast, I’d love to capture it.

Costa Rica

Tropical, vibrant, and full of life. Whether it’s a jungle elopement, a beach wedding, or a mountaintop ceremony with monkeys watching from the trees, Costa Rica is calling.

Scotland

Give me foggy cliffs, historic castles, and windswept romance, and I’m in. I’d love to shoot a handfasting ceremony or intimate vow exchange somewhere deep in the Scottish Highlands.

Greece

Whitewashed walls, deep blue seas, and the kind of sunsets you never forget. Greece is full of postcard-perfect locations like Santorini and Crete—ideal for destination weddings that mix luxury with culture.

Japan

Whether it’s a traditional shrine ceremony or a modern Tokyo rooftop wedding, Japan offers an amazing blend of old-world charm and sleek modern aesthetics. And don’t even get me started on cherry blossom season.

California Will Always Be Home

I may be chasing weddings around the world, but California still has my heart.

From the towering redwoods of Humboldt County to the rugged coastline of Big Sur, and the epic Sierra mountain ranges near Yosemite and Lake Tahoe—California has its own kind of magic.

Though I grew up in Ontario, Canada, it’s been the diverse and dramatic landscapes of California that have shaped much of my creative vision. The mountains here are unmatched—especially when the golden light hits just right.
